GENERAL TERMS

The primary concern of our company is to set the terms and conditions that govern the rights and obligations of lyriti-jewells.gr to all the visitors of our website. Our aim is to inform you about your rights and obligations in order to facilitate the search and purchase of products from our store. 


PERSONAL DATA

A prerequisite for settling our transaction is that you provide us with some of your personal data. Once you have placed an order, you will be asked for the following pieces of information: your full name, your billing/shipping address, your phone number, your email address etc. If you choose to pay by a credit or debit card, you will be asked to provide some additional information (the credit card number and its expiration date).

Lyriti-jewells.gr, strictly following the personal data directives provided by the law and international conventions, will not make any illegal or without your prior consent use of any of those data. Our company does not, by any means, disclose, publish, sell, or exchange personal data and information, with which we have been entrusted. A deviation of this policy is justified, only if personal data is asked by a public authority, court e.tc, in compliance with laws & statutory procedures.

Lyriti-jewells.gr reserves the right to inform its suppliers with sales statistics, which will, however, in no case contain personal data that may lead to the identification of individuals.

You may also at any time, if there is reason for it, change the personal information you have provided. It is also possible to limit or even cancel the use of some of these pieces of information (e.g. credit card number) by filling out the relevant electronic form.
 


PRICES OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE

The prices listed on our web pages next to each product, include VAT (Value Added Tax of 23%, 13% or 6.5%, depending on the listing of each product, according to the Greek Law). These prices are valid for goods that are available in our warehouse. However, please bear in mind that our company reserves the right to adjust prices.

In case you ask for an invoice and your business is located in one of the areas of Greece, where reduced VAT rates apply, then prices of goods will be lower, taking into account the difference in VAT rates.


MISCELLANEOUS


1. Availability: Please bear in mind that for all the products listed on Lyriti-jewells.gr, there is clear indication of their availability. Thus, you can easily find out which of our products are available for immediate delivery before you place your order. In case a product is temporarily out of stock, please note that it can be manufactured in our workshop within a 5-10 days timeframe. However, you can still place an order even for products that are not in stock and we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible, to inform you about the estimated time of delivery. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the delivery timeframe, you have the right to cancel the order of those products.

In any case, it must be stated that the delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the products.

In case the products you have ordered have different delivery dates, you can choose whether you wish to receive all the products in one single dispatch or in partial deliveries, as soon as each product is available.

2. Force Majeure : If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions , strikes, etc. ) we cannot deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you via email so that you can let us know whether you still want the completion of your order, despite the circumstances.

3. Responsibility of lyriti-jewells.gr: in case a product of ours is proved to be defective, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. In the case of replacement, our company is charged with the shipping costs.

Please, bear in mind that Lyriti-jewells.gr is not responsible for organized hacker attacks, aiming to steal users' personal information. However, we ensure credit card users that they are secure, since card numbers and CVV codes are not stored in any way in our system.
 

4. Promotional messages: lyriti-jewells.gr enables users to receive informational/promotional messages about new products, payment methods, offers, etc. by email, post or over the phone.

We shall assure you that we will never use this service in an abusive way. Our users are always given the option to stop receiving promotional messages at any time.


5. Cookies: As most websites on the internet do, lyriti-jewells.gr uses cookies to access certain information every time you navigate through our website. Without the use of cookies it would be impossible to offer you important services such as: order status, personal settings, adding products in your shopping basket etc.

Cookies are alphanumeric files that are transferred to the hard disk of your computer through the internet so that you can enjoy the abovementioned services. In your web browser’s settings you can choose to prevent your browser from accepting cookies or to ask for your permission before a cookie is stored in your hard drive. However you should be aware that if you choose to refuse cookies from being stored on your hard disc, you will not be able to use some of our services.


6. Modification of the current terms: we would like to inform you that lyriti-jewells.gr reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of the transactions.


7. Governing Law: All transactions made through lyriti-jewells.gr are governed by the international and European law that regulates issues regarding e- commerce as well as by Consumer Protection Law (N 2251/1994 ) which regulates matters related to remote sales .
