Products Returns

Unwanted or unsatisfactory products ordered from all around Greece may be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt .If the 14 days time frame is exceeded, the return can still be made within 30 days from the day of receipt at your own cost.

For international purchases, returns are also possible but the shipping costs are solely payable by the customer.

According to our e-shop return policy, a product can be returned in the following cases:
1.    There is a manufacturing flaw.
2.    The product you received is different from the product you ordered. In this case, you will only be charged with the shipping costs of your return.
3.    Whenever applicable, product exchanges are also possible. You may return a product because you wish to replace it with another product.

In cases 1 and 2, if you do not wish to replace the defective or wrong product you have received, you are entitled to a full refund, minus the shipping costs.
In cases 1 and 3, you are not entitled to a refund. However, you will be issued an e-voucher (with the monetary value of the returned product) to use in a future purchase.

As soon as we receive your return request, we will process it immediately and ask the courier company to come to the registered address to receive the product. Please, be aware that if you fail to notify us about your request in one of the above-mentioned ways, the return request will not be accepted by the courier company.

In order to return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:
•    the products should be in their initial condition
•    the products should be unused
•    All merchandise must be in their original packaging and they should always be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
In case your product is declared unfit to return to our warehouse (due to misuse or improper handling), it will be sent back to you.
